Arrival: Selective Insurance Travel Staff will greet you and your guest at the Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) to assist with your luggage and escort you to awaiting transportation for a 15 minute trip (9 miles) to The Inn at Spanish Bay.
Check-In:
Selective guests will check-in at the front desk and be escorted to a private Selective Hospitality Suite. Our travel directors and local travel guides will distribute your welcome packets and activity confirmations, and be available to share local information.
12:00 pm:
Lunch and the remainder of the day at your leisure.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm:
Enjoy the view at the Welcome to California Reception and Dinner at the beautiful Inn at Spanish Bay.
ATTIRE: Resort Casual; Casual inspired clothing such as casual pants, golf shirts or sundresses are acceptable. Bring a light jacket or sweater as the evenings can be cool.

Morning:
The Annual President’s Club Breakfast and Business Meeting will begin at 8:00 am.
11:30 AM:
After the business meeting, guests will depart and travel through the valley for lunch and an afternoon of exploring some of what the local area offers! This unique venue is the only 100% estate vineyard and winery in the Carmel Valley AVA (American Vitacultural Area). You will experience some of their award-winning wines and olive oils.
ATTIRE: Resort Casual: Casual shorts acceptable.
5:30 PM:
Selective guests to gather in the Ballroom Foyer at the Inn at Spanish Bay for cocktails prior to dinearounds.
7:00 PM:
Enjoy dinner at the best restaurants in Carmel and Monterey hosted by Selective Executives.

You and your guest will have the entire day free to relax and enjoy everything the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Please review the Optional Activities section for your choices.
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm:
You and your guest will enjoy a fantastic evening of food and entertainment. After dinner, join the group back in the Selective Hospitality Suite.
